Because each personalized metal sign is made to order based on your specifications, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. After 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (e.g. metal signs with custom names, dates, quotes, etc.) unless they are damaged or incorrect.
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return (in cases of damage or incorrect item):

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email) is required.
  • Clear photos showing the issue with the product must be submitted with your request.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All return-related matters must go through our customer support team.


Refunds

Once your return request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Re-check your bank or payment account.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund officially posts.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly customized. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, contact us at [email protected] and send the item to: 238 Chimney Rock Dr, Shepherdsville, KY 40165, US.


Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
