As each metal sign is made to order and personalized according to customer specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund according to our policy.
